For the purposes of this document, ALDA ZAIA S.R.L. shall hereinafter be referred to as the Merchant.

Client / Consumer – a natural person who purchases products for personal use
Products – merchandise items (clothing, accessories, objects) sold on the Website
Order – an electronic document by which the Client requests the purchase of Products
Contract – the order confirmed by the Merchant

3. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Placing orders is permitted only to persons who are at least 18 years old or who have full legal capacity.
4. Description of Services
The Website serves to:
- present the Merchant’s activity
- sell merchandise products online
Product images are for presentation purposes only. Minor differences in color or appearance may occur depending on the device used.
5. Order Process and Conclusion of the Contract
To place an order, the Client must:
- select the desired products
- add them to the shopping cart
- complete the delivery details
- choose the payment method
- confirm the order
The Contract is considered concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the Merchant via email.
The Merchant reserves the right to refuse orders in justified cases (incomplete data, suspected fraud, out-of-stock products).
6. Prices and Payment
All displayed prices are in RON and include VAT, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Delivery costs are displayed separately before finalizing the order.
Available payment methods are displayed on the Website. Invoicing is carried out electronically.
In the event of obvious pricing errors, the Merchant will inform the Client and may cancel the order.
7. Product Delivery
Products are delivered by courier to the address provided by the Client.
The estimated delivery time is [1–5] business days, depending on the destination.
The Client is responsible for checking the package upon delivery and reporting any issues.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Return)
In accordance with applicable legislation, the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must notify the Merchant by email at contact-us@merlinsmerch.com.
Returned products must be in the same condition as received, without signs of wear or damage.
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned products.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Client, except where otherwise provided by law.
9. Exceptions from the Right of Withdrawal
The following products cannot be returned:
- customized products
- products that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- products which, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once unsealed
10. Warranties and Conformity
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with applicable legislation.
In the event of a non-conforming product, the Client is entitled to:
- repair
- replacement
- price reduction
- contract termination

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
The Client may submit complaints to the email address mentioned above.
The Merchant will respond as soon as possible, but no later than the time limit provided by law.
12. Personal Data Protection

The Website uses cookies in accordance with the Cookies Policy.
13. Intellectual Property
All Website content (texts, images, logos) is the property of the Merchant and may not be used without prior written consent.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Merchant is not liable for improper use of the products.
