The following return policy applies only to online purchases made through our Website.
Return Eligibility
In-Stock Products
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the order date, provided all return conditions are met.
Customized Products
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the order date only in the following cases:
you received a different size than the one ordered
the product has quality-related defects
As customized products are made to order, returns for other reasons are not accepted.
How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please complete the online return form available in your customer account.
Return Conditions
All returned items must:
be unworn and unused
have the original tags attached
have the sanitary liner intact (for swimwear)
be accompanied by the original invoice and return form
include customs documents, where applicable
Returns will not be accepted if the plastic seal attached to the product tag has been cut or removed.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for products that:
comply with our Returns Policy, and
are returned within the applicable return period, and
meet all return conditions outlined on the Website.
Refund eligibility depends on the product type:
In-Stock Products
Refunds are available for in-stock products returned within 14 days from the order date, provided all return conditions are met.
Customized Products
Refunds for customized products are accepted only in the following cases:
the customer received an incorrect size, or
the product has quality-related defects
As customized products are made to order, refunds are not available for other reasons.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been accepted.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Refund Timeline
Please allow:
1–2 weeks from the date the returned item is delivered for the refund to be processed, and
1–2 billing cycles for the refunded amount to appear on your bank or card statement.
